How to place an order?
Please follow the below steps to purchase on pardingtoncollective.com :
1. Browse our product catalog
You can select a category from the navigation menu or discover our selections on the home page. To find something more specific, use our filters or the
website's internal search.
2. Get product information
On each product page, you will find all available sizes and colors, a description and the composition of the item. Click on the product image to zoom in and see all of the details.
3. Place an order
- from the item page, select the desired color and size of the product
- add the product to your shopping bag by clicking on the "add to cart" button
- once you have finished shopping, click on your shopping bag
- to finalize your order, you can create an account or checkout as a guest
- select a shipping and payment method
- enter your shipping and payment details
- check that the information you entered is correct and click on "purchase"
Once your purchase has been approved, you will receive a
confirmation email with all the details of your order.
What is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order is the reservation of an item that is not yet available for sale, but will be soon. An estimated delivery date is indicated for each pre-order item on the product page.
For mixed order consisting of currently available and pre-order items: the products will be dispatched at two different times.
Order consisting of pre-order items with different delivery dates: the products will be shipped together on the latest estimated delivery date.
In any case, you will receive a confirmation email as soon as the package is shipped.
The purchase of pre-order items can be made with credit card only.
Once you complete your order, we will ask your bank to verify the supplied details; the validity of your credit card will be confirmed through a payment authorization for the total amount of your pre-order value for 7 days. When the order will be ready for shipment, a new authorization will be
processed on your credit card to validate the payment. However, you will be charged only once the package is being shipped.
What types of payments do you accept?
PARDINGTON COLLECTIVE accepts the following payment methods:
CREDIT CARDS:
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Facebook Pay.
The total will be charged to your card when the order is shipped.
PARDINGTON COLLECTIVE features a fast checkout option, allowing you to save your credit card details so that you don't have to re-enter them for future purchases.
PARDINGTON COLLECTIVE guarantees that your credit card will be charged only once for the amount of an order. It is possible that the amount may be shown twice on your statement: the first entry corresponds to the payment authorization request that is made when you place the order; the second confirms the actual charge.
PAYPAL:
Easily shop online without having to enter your credit card details on the website.

Shipping
Average ground shipping time is 3-6 days.
Shipping Rates: FREE SHIPPING!
Overnight Shipping available: overnight rates depend on location & weight of parcel.
For security reasons, PARDINGTON COLLECTIVE purchases received by shipment will require a signature upon delivery. Please note that UPS will deliver the parcel to customers over the legal age of 21.
Upon delivery, please make sure that the number of boxes delivered are as stated on the shipping confirmation email, and that the package is not damaged in any way. Any damage to the packaging and/or the product or any discrepancy between the number of boxes delivered should be immediately notified by indicating in writing on the courier's deliver documents.
Our courier delivers from Monday- Friday during business hours and will make three delivery attempts. After the third failed attempt, your order will be returned to our offices.
Please also note that once you have placed an order, it is no longer possible to modify your shipping address.
WHERE DO WE SHIP TO?
While we look forward to the day we can offer international shipping, we currently only ship within the United States. If you would like PARDINGTON COLLECTIVE to ship to your country, please send us an email at sales@pardingtoncollective.com.
At this time we are also unable to ship orders to general delivery, P.O. boxes, & Puerto Rico. Orders addressed to any of these locations will be cancelled.
I haven't received my order confirmation. What should I do?
Check your spam folder and make sure that contact@pardingtoncollective.com and ordersupport@pardingtoncollective.com are on the safe senders list of your email account. This will prevent the anti-spam filter from blocking future communications. If this does not work, contact us at ordersupport@pardingtoncollective.com
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also access this information in your personal account under "orders". Ground shipping takes 3-6 days to receive your purchased item.
Modifying or Canceling Orders
You can change or cancel your order within 30 minutes of its
confirmation.

Returns & Exchanges
You can return your online purchase for an exchange, store credit, or a full refund within 30 days from the delivery or pickup date. Free shipping on all returns.
RETURN / EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
PARDINGTON COLLECTIVE (“we”, “us”, “ our”) accepts returns or exchanges of our products (“products”) eligible to return (as defined in PARDINGTON COLLECTIVE general terms and conditions of sales) within 30 calendar days of receipt of the products.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to orders for personalized products and for any other product that you were informed of at the time of submitting your order that it could not be returned (in accordance with applicable law) (“non-returnable products”).
We only allow exchanges on the same product (same price) in a different size/color. If you would like to receive a different product or the same product in a different color instead, please return your product for a refund. Then place a new order online for the product you would
like.
Products shall be returned in their original condition, unaltered, unused and undamaged, in their original package, if any, and with original tags and labels attached along with all related accessories, documents (e.g. instructions booklet, product certificates) and protective covers included.
Returns or exchanges of incomplete, altered, worn, damaged, soiled products will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
The above does not affect your legal rights in relation to products that have manufacturing defects or are not as described.
Please note, PARDINGTON COLLECTIVE is not liable for merchandise returned through an alternative carrier service, we recommend using the label provided.
TO PROCESS A RETURN/ EXCHANGE, PLEASE FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW
1. Send an email to ordersupport@pardingtoncollective.com with your order number, item(s) you would like to return, and the reason for your return. Please also specify if you would like an exchange (include the color/ size you would like to exchange for), store credit, or a full refund to original payment method. A shipping label will be sent to you.
2. Make sure your item(s) are returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
3. Place the item(s) in the original packaging and shipping box and attach the shipping label emailed to you over the initial delivery label.
4. Drop off your package at your local UPS store or contact UPS to arrange a pick-up at your convenience. If you are shipping with your own label, drop off your return/ exchange at one of your carrier's access points.

RECEIVING YOUR REFUND/ EXCHANGE
Upon receipt of a product for which a return or exchange was requested, we will inspect the product to ensure that the return/ exchange conditions specified above are met. Subject to the product meeting those conditions, an exchange or refund will be made.
Refunds will be made to the original purchaser, to the original method of payment, in the same currency as purchased- except for payments in cash, in which case refunds will be made by bank transfer. Receipt of purchase is required for any exchange or refund.
Refunds will occur no later than 30 days from the date we received the item(s) back from you. A confirmation email will be sent to you.

We are so glad you decided to keep your purchase! We do not fulfill the refund until we receive the product(s) so you don't have to do anything and there is no need to contact us.
Caring for PARDINGTON COLLECTIVE items
We highly recommend spot treatment for your PARDINGTON COLLECTIVE blazer. Dry cleaning on occasion is also recommended.
The leathers of PARDINGTON COLLECTIVE goods are strictly selected and follow sustainability guidelines.
Each leather has its own specificities and should be taken care carefully.
Please note that it is highly recommended to not use generic products that could damage leathers.
We recommend that you keep your goods in their original flannel when they are not used, avoid contact with abrasive material and perfume, make-up, cream, oil, alcoholic gel, avoid long exposure to the sun and heat and avoid contact with water.
Please note that it is not recommended to put in contact light colored goods
with dark clothes.
