One of the greatest aspects about Ross, and a huge reason why I chose to go here, is due to how much they value diverse backgrounds. On top of this, their collaborative environment paves the way for deep rooted, life-long relationships with both peers and mentors, without whom, I would not have been able to start this business. I was beyond honored to be asked to discuss my unique background on this popular Ross Podcast, as well as the various aspects/ programs Ross has to offer people like myself and three of my peers: David Knezek, Jesse Pepperman, and Chad Teven.
